BasePlate is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with Roblox Corporation, Discord Inc., or any other third-party platform or service.

Our service may integrate with or display information from third-party platforms. Any outages, errors, limitations, or policy changes affecting those platforms are outside of our control.

BasePlate retrieves certain information through official or publicly available APIs, including those provided by Roblox and Discord.

While we strive to display accurate information, we do not guarantee that third-party data will always be accurate, complete, current, or available. Any inaccuracies, delays, missing information, or API outages are the responsibility of the respective third-party service, not BasePlate.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Never share your password, OAuth tokens, or other authentication credentials.
• Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

BasePlate is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.

You are solely responsible for all content that you upload, publish, or display through BasePlate, including profile information, descriptions, links, images, and any other materials.

By using our service, you agree not to post content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringes another person’s intellectual property or rights.
• Violates the Terms of Service or Community Guidelines of Roblox, Discord, or other connected platforms.
• Contains malicious, fraudulent, or harmful material.

BasePlate does not actively moderate or review user-generated content. However, we reserve the right to remove any profile or content, or suspend or terminate accounts, at our sole discretion if we believe they violate these Terms or applicable law.

BasePlate is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability.
• Error-free operation.
• Uninterrupted access.
• That all features will remain available indefinitely.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove features at any time without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BasePlate shall not be liable for downtime, bugs, data loss, lost revenue, lost profits, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Certain features may require a paid subscription.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

• Subscription fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless cancelled.
• Payments are non-refundable once processed.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not provide a refund for the current billing period. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to BasePlate at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we determine that your use of the service poses a risk to BasePlate, its users, or third parties.

BasePlate is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Your use of the service is entirely at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BasePlate, its owners, developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of BasePlate after updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
